1. What types of soccer jerseys do you offer?
At Topowe Jerseys Soccer Sklep we specialise in high quality soccer jerseys from top clubs such as Real Madrid, Liverpool and Barcelona. We offer a player version, designed for top performance on the pitch, and a fan version, designed for comfort and style off the pitch.
2. How can I request a return or exchange?
To request a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- Please contact our customer service team at info@topowekoszulkipilkarskie.pl and provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the necessary steps.
- Pack items securely in their original packaging, including all tags, materials, and accessories.
- Send items to the return address provided by our customer service team.
3. What are the eligibility criteria for returns or exchanges?
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Product must be in original, unopened and unused condition.
- Request for return or exchange must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Personalised or custom items are only eligible for return if they are damaged or faulty upon receipt.
4. Who pays for return or exchange shipping?
Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrect. In such cases, we provide a prepaid return label.
5. How long does the refund process take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate the refund process within 7 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment service provider.
6. What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service immediately. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or full refund (including any shipping costs).
7. Do you offer direct exchanges?
If the size of the football shirt you purchased does not fit, you can contact our customer service at info@topowekoszulkipilkarskie.pl . Once the situation is confirmed, you will have to pay €15 per shirt for return shipping and any personalization fees (if applicable). Once we receive your payment, we will send you a new shirt.
8. Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
